TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOW TO ORDER

Simply browse the website on the display you want. Select your item and then click the add to shopping basket button. Repeat this process if you wish to purchase further items. When your shopping is complete click on the “checkout” and complete the secure on line order form.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made through SECPAY secure on line payments. We accept Visa Maestro Mastercard Visa Electron Solo JCB Delta.

Alternatively if you prefer to pay by cheque simply email your order at sales@josanflowers.co.uk and post your cheque to 271 Wellington Road South Stockport SK2 6ND Your items will be despatched as soon as funds are cleared.
Cheques are to be made payable to Josan.

RETURNS

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Customers must ensure the goods are securely packed and enclose name and address. The customer is responsible for paying the relevant carriage costs a deduction of 10% will be made to cover administration costs and the net refund will be paid through the original credit/debit card system.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

We make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 7 days but please allow upto 14 days for delivery of items in stock. Delivery is to UK addresses only by Parcelforce or Royal Mail Recorded delivery. The postage and packaging is £5.95 per item upto £30.00 £7.95 for items £30.00 and over and £9.95 for items £50.00 and over Buttonholes and Corsages £1.00 each

SIZE AND DESCRIPTION

All sizes are approximate, overall height represents the height of the arrangement as presented in the photographs. We take great care to ensure that the description and specification of our arrangements are correct. However while the colour reproduction of the arrangements is a close representation we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel (once accepted by us) for any reason upto the point of despatch.

Josan are committed to protecting you when using our services. We will not disclose your information unless we need to for purposes of crime prevention or otherwise legally compelled to do so.

Josan accept payments by most major credit/debit cards. We have a fully secure online processing system. All internet payments are handled by Secpay who are recognised and trusted worldwide.

We will not pass on any of your details to a third party. Information that you supply will only be stored and used by us for marketing purposes when we may from time to time send you details via email or special offers.

We will provide the same protection in respect of any electronic communications received from you as those employed in respect of information received by post or telephone.
